Idk, I think everyone in that vid is kinda a manlet making the guy look bigger than he actually is (look how little he is compared to the woman in the end). Imho it comes down to the fact that know that the economy in the future will not be what it was particularly after the boomers are dead so they are looking for cheap ways to carry on with the industries, in this case food production. These companies want to stay relevant after all and WEF has to give them something for their cooperation, they do not do it for free.
