I suppose I'm lucky because I work a factory job. And compared to all the other shitty dead end jobs I've done, this one is pretty good because it's not physically demanding, I don't have to deal with other people, and the job is very simple. But it's very monotonous and has a very high turnover rate. And here's what I found. Boomers and Gen Xers are such bitches. Whenever some guy quits and gets replaced by an old guy, the old guys NEVER last. All they do is moan and groan that the job is boring. Then they quit. They don't appreciate just how shit it can get. You could be shoved down a steele 40ft container in the summer heat loading heavy boxes into a truck under a stopwatch.
