As I understand it, keto isn't optimal for growing muscle. You can build it but it's not as fast as when having some carbs. This is because insulin puts you into an anabolic state.

You can either spend money for this supplement and that one, plus 10x time and energy doing lists of bro science suggestions, doing gymastics to avoid phytoestrogens and toxins, and commiting half your days to lifting and exercise, all for a low to moderate T increase or just inject test and live your life.
if you want to impress a woman with your body you must do a lot of cardio. strength is nice but you dont need to be massive, you need to be strong enough to pick up a hundred or two hundred pounds and carry it around if you need to.
best diet. two hard boiled eggs for breakfast, two pieces of bacon if youre working out, two cups of coffee. lunch basic sandwich, protein shake, 30 minutes cardio (run three miles unable to speak bc out of breath, bike/row/etc use hr monitor measure how long you can sustain 180bpm, aim for pushing that time until your hr starts to fall into 165s at the same pace, then inceease pace). dinner, lift if youre lifting before dinner, eat two small servings of meat, all the vegetables you want, and fill in calories for your diet plan (if youre a fatty, aim for 1400-1800 cals while cutting and exercising until youre too hungry or bitchy to be around, then buy yourself a massive fucking burger or steak and take a rest day).
cardio 6 days a week. do your lift rotation as needed. cant easily add muscle while youre doing caloric restriction but most people have too shitty cardio to work out well (or athletically fuck a woman which is fun). do more cardio. that is the best diet.

Even if the average person reduced carbs, they would still have problems because they're guzzling omega 6.
I'd prefer to be on the safe side and eat whole animal foods instead of supplements, cause most of nutrition advice is wishful thinking (if not outright damaging)

I've heard the opposite. Training in a fasted state to push for stress and carbs afterwards in order to keep yourself in an anabolic state a bit longer and also replenish glycogen stores.
