Pretty much all balkan diasporas are like that, we aren't sending our best. Now there are practically zero of them in my part of the country but from what I've seen of them they aren't all so bad, just pretty clannish with all the good and bad that entails. Although it should be mentioned that those actually from Albania are somehow just nicer people than those from Macedonia or Kosovo.
