Though I can't speak for the right wing, I second what this user says about the American left. They might be tankies. Though they might also just see America as imperialistic and aggressive and mistrust any sort of military intervention on impulse.
But if you've been paying any attention to American politics since 2016, Russia has been thoroughly vilified by the left, since before even the anti-china rhetoric started. You can expect more of both.
