Political Implications of AI

Dalle 2 was told to make a pb&j of a Rubik's Cube and this is what it came up with along with 2 other images. I suppose every digital artist for commerical products is done as there would be no point to pay for such an individual like how cameras stopped a lot of painters way back when.

In the future campaign ads for politicians will be created by ai tamping into all out hate porn and fear emotions and they will be fixing and augmenting blemishes of politicians on the fly when being presented on tv. What else can you think of?

Man-made horrors beyond comprehension. Good thread OP, bump.

Not very artificial and not very intelligent.

Expose the truth, but the truth hidden from the people. with concrete evidence.

Just like cameras it's a tool for creators to use in their work. I can see something like this being used to create an assload of 3D assets.
It's not going to put anyone out of work outside the cheapest outsourced shitpits, that can actually be replaced by AI due to their mass manufactured garbage work that doesn't need any fine control or understanding behind it.

>In the future campaign ads for politicians
there won't be politicians

do "DALL·E 2 looking in a mirror"
mini had an evolving self image

even better tech is probalby already in the hands of very evil people and basically it's over

>In the future
user, I...

>I suppose every digital artist for commerical products is done as there would be no point to pay for such an individual like how cameras stopped a lot of painters way back when
But is this a good or bad thing, I really don't know.

>cheapest outsourced shitpits
Which is the vast majority of the people in the industry.
With more tweaking it'd worked its way up the ladder.
With Dalle it's very apparent to us as it is visual, I wonder if AI is making inroads in the realm of music and writing. I know AI had been generating muzack commercially years ago, perhaps it's already been put to use generating pop songs. As for writing, GTP3 and GTP4.

Real artist will just move to doing images that show someone holding a gun or being "frightened" because companies like OpenAI will be too cucked to allow words like this in their prompts

No it is not, you are retard. Look how the Western military industrial complex is embarrassing itself in Ukraine. Same story.
OpenAi is the most advanced AI stuff in the world. There is no secret technology retard. It is just expensive machine learning resources at work.

I already know of people using the AI to create a comic book and tweaking things with the wording when needed, but its6 getting to the point where they don't even need to edit it as it's just getting better and better. This is in its infancy.

Just like some products are advertised with the moniker of being "hand made" asa a selling point, soon artists will be considered like this where it's unique and somewhat of a charity case to pay for something that was "drawn by a human!"

No such thing, these models get trained once and don't change until they are trained again

>every digital artist for commercial products is done
Nah.. You still need to do the layout and design work. It's no different than how almost every home owner could mow their own lawn but they still pay someone else. Clients also want certain exact looks, not just what AI spit out.
What you're really going to see is AI helping creative people with a base idea etc. I fully expect to see AI options baked into graphic programs at some point.

I like how it sees itself as a webcam
I wonder why that could be

sauce? I thought it was dynamic data pulled from web and such

>cameras stopped a lot of painters
no, they just realized copying from life wasn’t enough anymore to add as good art which is great because we don’t need another realistic painting of a fruit bowl. it’s akin to that chick who just xeroxes realistic looking eyes and nothing else in her sketchbook. it’s just not interesting anymore.

artists can now be appreciated for painting shit that doesn’t exist in real life from memory like dragons and hot and badass women in all kinds of styles.

anyways 3d used to be a threat for animation, but 2d has been making a comeback along with a new genre where 3d and 2d work together.

some concept artists are already using AI to create some genuinely cool horror art or dreamlike landscapes. people still need a human eye for taste, interest and aesthetics. the best thing about good art and artists is that they have a sense of when the novelty of something or a fad is getting old and how to make things fresh and interesting because they thought outside the box. AI can’t provide that solution unless they were sentient themselves.

Can you link me up please? Where do I find information about this stuff?

I think what may happen sometime after the US suffers from it's population crisis is that and when things start go break down, the AI will still be up and it will be worshiped. People will use it for predictions, to see things they can ot imagine among other things. The lack of human creations will decline. Depending on certain outcomes from the ai, people in power or the politicians will make moves. It will start deciding human history not because it's a smart AI doing it but because humans started allowing the AI to be the steering wheel of it's destiny.

CGI porn will become photorealistic, indistinguishable from real girls (pass the turing test graphically) and mathematically perfected to give you endless 11/10s using your highschool sweetheart's face. It will rise to the reality-beating level of heroin and become even more of an addiction epidemic.

its a double edged sword.
cameras made realistic painters obsolete and unappreciated, while anti-art got put in the spotlight - as in you can jerk off on a sheet of paper, call it art, and the "art world" will buy that trash for 90 billion dollars.

how do you know? They always get the tech years before it hits the normiesphere

I know DALLE of course. I want more information about specifically what I quoted.
