This is 100% a real Tweet. It's hard to believe but it is indeed real. New York is fucking insane. There are so very many things wrong about this Tweet and the law itself that it's hard to figure out where to begin. In any event, prompt civil action needs to be taken in federal district court enjoining New York's insane law on pneumatic guns as clearly this is a Second Amendment violation in light of Heller, Caetano, and NYSRPA v. Bruen. There is no text, history, or founding era history nor analogues to support such bans.
My real question is how the hell did a law banning air guns get enacted to begin with? The fuck is going on up in New York?
Good evening, /ptg/, and welcome to Thursday night's edition of President Trump's Ultra MAGA #45 Kino Time. Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda starring the very MAGA Kevin Sorbo continues this evening with season 4, episode 20 Time Out of Mind.

Don't be so quick to trust the UN. The whole project of world government -- going back to the League of Nations -- has been funded and manipulated mainly by wealthy bankers. Remember that the UN itself was built on land donated by John D. Rockefeller.

They're doing what they all do. Ban the guns anyway, regardless of the law, and let people who disagree with them sue them and take it all the way up to the Supreme Court to win the battle. They will openly tell you they know they are violating your Constitutional rights and that they don't care. They don't want you to have guns and they will do everything in their power to take them from you, legal or not.
When I lived in Ohio, I was arrested in a restaurant during a stopover in Cleveland for open carrying, which is not only legal in Ohio, it's encouraged. I kept reminding them that I had that right in Ohio and they kept telling me they didn't care, that no guns were allowed in Cleveland, period. I went before the judge the next day, who told me the same thing. My lawyer ended up having to call the state AG and get a letter faxed ordering my release, and they ended up having to pay my legal fees. I fought them for 5 weeks before they finally excused me. They kept my pistol the whole time until the minute they were ordered to return it. As they were handing it to me, they told me, "We better not catch you with this in Cleveland again or we will arrest you again."
Got hassled in Cincinnati a similar way. A cop told me that people called saying they were afraid of my gun and so I needed to put it away or I'd be detained. I told them they were not my problem and that I couldn't be penalized for peoples fear or whatever. I asked for a supervisor and he asked the cop why I was being detained. The cop admitted that he knew he was wrong but still didn't want people to open carry in Cincinnati, and STILL told me he would hassle me again if he saw me with one. RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE SUPERVISOR WHO JUST REPRIMANDED HIM!
Libs give zero fucks about your rights or the law when you are doing something they don't like.

Mio Honda is super cute but we are on the back-foot in dealing with a new multipolar world, especially when the argument that the USA having the ability to project power in places is a much more awful prospect in 2022 than it was in 1990. I give my cat yogurt. She is also super smart to a fault. She mimics my alarm clock and meows with the same tempo as its morning alarm.
nationhood did not exist as a concept until around 1400-1700. That is a fact of history. Roman patronage, much as medieval serfdom, is and was a system of individuals lording over other individuals. Lands and geograpchic spaces had names, languages had names, distinct peoples and their customs had names, but there was no concept of statehood or nationhood. Even the Greeks understood "Greek" as being from a geographic area and speaking a language and containing customs but they certainly DID NOT see themselves as one nation! They were CITY-STATES and saw themselves and belonging to a city. Any argument to the contrary is just dishonest. Stay mad
Secondly, you did argue with certain presuppositions. I am not assuming, I am calling them out. Stay mad, cuck
