He was on one of those "late night" shows on long island that aired and he said BACK THEN after it happened that the twa flight was shot down by a US NAVY missle and it happened from them doing an exercise over atlantic ocean and dragging the target and the missle that was supposed to hit the target during the exercise, hit the plane instead.
