humans do not affect the climate to any noticeable degree.
>but muh ancient forests

the world is less than 10,000 years old, anyway
stupid faggots

don't need memes
realized all these retarded leftist+green fuckwits I know travel via commercial passenger jet more each year than I have in my whole life, and not for any good reason either
looked up the official, mainstream take on the "climate impact" of such air travel
per the entire internet, air travel is the single worst thing any random person can do in terms of "climate impact"
it's about a gorillion times "worse" than driving a dually diesel
meanwhile, these are the same people smugly telling me to do all this shit to save the planet, but my "climate impact" is not even 1 millionth of theirs BY THEIR OWN FUCKING ESTIMATES

You know how to make more plants?
Depopulate with vaccines.

Best way to capture carbon is grow trees.

This is badass. No idea what it has to do with green bullshit, but this picture makes me want to go build things.

The more transducers a system has, the more energy the system loses. It is retarded.

What a beautiful diesel engine.Imagine the how big the catalyst converter is.
Daniel Watson
They only do that when growing. Fully grown trees capture almost no carbon.
Truth is, there's a cycle of carbon just like there is a cycle of water.

container ships are powered by diesel, billions of tons of carbon emissions. something like 15 ships produce as much pollution as all 760 million cars on earth
Jayden Harris
That is really an amazing stat.
Curious to check now how much fuel they consume. It Seems like at a very high fuel price point there would be a good profit margin to be had on very heavy shipping that could run slower on sail power (and given wait times in congested moments the ships really would have plenty of time). The design considerations are significant, of course, but the amount of diesel involved must be colossal and unbelievably expensive so looking for a profit angle on another energy source could be interesting.
This fake moral panic over emissions is really distracting people from things that matter, though. Sad.

> Each of the 14 built-in cylinders devours 6.5 ounces of diesel in one cycle that produces 5700 kW of energy.
WHOA! This is really amazing!

I would take delivery of some of these and design a house.

Why not melt them in a giant forge? Aren’t they just big pieces of metal?
Daniel Thomas
The transport of them alone would likely cost you more than a big mansion.
Grayson Sanders
Will it fit in my Honda Civic?

sounds like an excuse

with a little bit of help from an A-dapter kit I think you could get it one piece at a time

Why can't they just burn the blades? Like we do with coal is and oil?
Aaron Morgan
Wanna hear stories about Russian animal conservation efforts? My region has a lot of them.
Joshua Wright
Like they had to burn tones of coal and oil to manufacture them in the first place?
Julian Myers
Fiberglass gives off all sorts of horrible chemicals due to the epoxy binders. You can either get lung cancer from burning it, or bury them and watch your children die of liver and stomach cancer when that shit leeches into the groundwater.
Eli Hill
>grow more trees
>"Ugh fuck trees! I'm always tripping over these roots outside my bodega"
Wyatt Johnson
Fiberglass, they reach end of life because the structure of them degrades over time as they flex from variable stress applied by the wind. Pretty much useless when done, and toxic to boot.
Nolan Kelly
>no spoiler

Pretty amazing. Best thing we could do to combat pollution is produce things domestically.
But no, we gotta exploit the 3rd world to appease our Jew n' Coon alliance
