It has to be artillery shells though cuz HIMARS use GPS which is disabled in occupied territory and even if it wasn’t HIMARS can’t get through air defenses anymore.
Concrete and rebar is tough to break. There's footage of bridges around SD still standing that took weeks of shelling as Ukraine retreated over them. I don't know if they would hold a tank, but the point is modern bridges aren't easy to destroy. You need something a lot bigger or a lot more saturation.
