If they want to achieve something professionally, they have a choice to do that and have to put in some effort, and of course there are many professionally accomplished and skilled women, but they could just as easily do nothing at all and exhibit childish behavior as an adult woman without needing to mature on the same level as a man is required to achieve the minimum for economic independence.
