There is lots of money to make: Investing in remedies of Covid damage, betting against whole countries economies long term, simply being China, betting against companies who require fit employees, and much more.
Of course there is always people who get damaged by a drug, then there is people who by chance have an unrelated negative outcome in the same timeframe and such. But the level is just way too high in Western countries. I did a bit of research and found that Russia has these problems as well, very strong propaganda there.
I mean, millions of people get cancer each year, but the rage of citizens even against actually cancer-causing phenomena is quite weak in comparison. There is clearly influence, which can not simply be explained by real victims, authority trauma and fear of needles.

For 20 year olds, even the first infection was very unlikely to cause a trip to the ICU. But that deflects attention from the microclots and the smell damage.
