There's one thing that kike Peterson keeps bringing up that absolutely applies here: Addiction and lack of opportunity go hand-in-hand. Even the ability to socialize in a healthy way can be enough to change the trajectory of people's lives.
So, it's not just about wasting the ressources on shitskins, but also, in large part the fragmentation and division among people that creates white trash. Of course, there are many aspects to it, but this graph or whatever one could call it, is just pertaining to the concept of "white trash" (weak whites). It's essentially illustrating the cause of it. Curiosity is a powerful ally. I'd argue it's probably wiser to give them the internal motivation to start looking behind the curtain themselves. The issue with external motivation is best exemplified by the military use of it. It works very well if you can't escape, like any recruit who gets broken down and rebuild again. If, however, you can leave anytime you want or even worse, are spoiled for choice (as in our overnews'd world of 24/7 entertainment availability, it effectively does nothing.

They kind of do and kind of don't. I think you're not quite understanding what goes on with China. They have a weird history: once among the most advanced societies in the world, they got properly cocky and refused to adopt glass, because who needs it if you can make the best porcelain in the world? So while we adopted glasses and let our old stay productive, they fell behind and got more cold-hearted as time went on. Of course, the constant invasions from the mongols didn't help either, which ultimately left them without any proper ethnic Chinese as well. In other words, they were muttified long before the term was a thing, so you have a culture that watches their old become useless way sooner than Europe, and that doesn't care about their neigjbor because they're not really homogenous anymore. Now, post-WWII, they finally saw a chance to catch up to the rest of the world as the Americans made their sea routes safe for trade: they made a deal with the west that promised low wage labor and zero ethical barriers in exchange for knowledge. The west was happy, because encroaching socialism meant that the employer has to pay for all kinds of shit he doesn't want to spend money on, and China got their hands on all the cutting edge tech in the world, including biolabs you couldn't get permission for anywhere else. The issue with China now is that their 1-child policy ended up crippling their productivity, now they have the factories and the military to safeguard their own waters (unlike the Americans who no longer do), but they lack the people to keep the west supplied with all their crap. So, whatever happens next, they played their role and became part of our mulitpolar world order with it, and you just need to look at their surveillance state and social credit system to know they're going exactly where we're going as well.
