I became aware of how bad sugar was when doing my thesis on alzheimers drugs. I went down a rabbit hole and found out that all alzheimers is caused by diabetes of the brain and sugar is a terrible poison that should be avoided completely. Fast food is obviously full of sugar so on that basis alone should be avoided, but once you start digging into it, it really is disgusting. Lets take a McDonalds burger. The meat is mechanically processed, covered in ammonia and sulphites and other poisoned preservatives, and because much more than meat goes into processing equipment you have huge chunks of plastic in every piece of meat. This is then covered in poison vegetable oils and deep fried. The "bread" is full of toxic preservatives, sugar, and poisonous vegetable oils. The fries you get with it may have once been potatoes but they get deep fried in poisonous vegetable oil too and given an unholy dose of sodium.

All in all, fast food will give you heart disease(from veg oils, not calories/fat), cancer, alzheimers, diabetes, and sodium poisoning. As I don't eat fast food, on the rare occasion I do now at a social event or whatever I get pretty ill where I used to eat fast food 5x a week no issues. Now, a slice of dominos pizza tastes repulsive and gives me stomach cramps. Once you break the addiction and learn the truth, not only will you avoid fast food. You will wish it to be illegal and arrest those poisoning our people. Not only that, but getting rid of the fast food industry has the added bonus of removing all the delivery drivers.
