Most of them don't know how to work. I find it's much easier to assume that they have never had a real father figure and are lacking accordingly.
Try and change your approach at them to be more like a professional father figure in teaching or directing them, but you have to practice a form of open but directive communication that takes some practice and experimentation to get right. My experience is that they respond well to it and sometimes even pleasantly surprised me. They can even be appreciative of getting a taste of the fundamental human interaction they have been missing their whole life. Just don't be a dick about it. It's a balancing act. Don't try this with the gender retarded ones. Do exactly what you have to and nothing more and quarantine yourself from them. They are pure cancer and not worth the risk.

Millennials like myself, in my case, when I turned 18 there was a job crisis where there was too much competition for jobs because college grads were finding out their gender studies degree is fucking retarded and they ended up getting jobs at entry level positions that would be filled by young adults with no or little experience. That was back in like 2008 or so and now zoomers simply don't want to work because their parents are apparently letting them be NEETs. I was a NEET out of necessity and happenstance. I literally couldn't get a job for years. Zoomers are fucking autistic retards who think they're above menial tasks otherwise known as a job. Boomers are to blame but the Gen X parents of Zoomers are too.

I got told I was in the wrong for caring about the quality level of my job and expected standards of white society. Continually got foreign workers that lowered the bar and put more work on my plate, while they got preferential treatment, and my higher level of skills just meant I got punished. I left on purpose so they would fail without me and they did. No surprise at all, but they still don't see why it happened - those people are equal after all.
