Rents -prices sky high and increasing Property -prices sky high and increasing Food -prices sky high and increasing Gas/Petrol -prices sky high and increasing Cars -prices sky high and increasing Education - prices sky high and increasing Electronics - prices sky high and increasing EVERYTHING - prices sky high and increasing
Jobs - hard to find, higher expectations and pay is low and not increasing
Are we literally supposed to become impoverished and eventually homeless? What is the endgame? Even mainstream media references immigration and foreign money contributing to all of this.
The holy Catholic faith, the loss of which has led us here
Nolan Lopez
Were playing the long game. Have faith in God and know that their days sre numbered. Stop thinking they have control. If you haven't realized by now globohomo are run by incompetent retards who are propped up by boomers who think they're kings among men. Immigrants are flooding our passport offices to get out of here. Justin is shit talked to his face by citizens and foreign poticians. How sre you ssd in this 2022 year of our Lord? My sonz every day is a chance to make globohomo lives worse. Just existing makes them seeth.
Jack Rivera
You know they’re going to try to kill you if you’re white, Christian, and male, right?
Joshua Ortiz
come get some
Ayden Richardson
Yeah I'm not going to lie at this point it's clear I'm not going to make it
Matthew Anderson
I'll give you a tip. House prices are 3x lower in Manitoba than in Ontario, and 2x lower in Quebec. Ontario and BC are some of the highest priced real estate markets in the world, and Canada is much more affordable outside of them.
A 50k salary is shit in Toronto, but pretty decent if your house only cost 400k.
Aiden Mitchell
1 bedroom apartments are going for 1500 leafbucks in small cities without employment. For most of this site which are zoomers, that is 3/4 or more of a months wages at an entry level job.
The cope is real among the older generations too who probably realize they would never make it themselves if they had to start all over in this day in age. You still hear a few boomers say "pull up the bootstraps" and all that, but even they are ass mad at gas prices and interest hikes
Jack Harris
The only place with employment is Winnipeg and rents are still high there (over 1000 for a bachelor or 1 bdrm) and the min wage is still under 12 dollars, which is all people offer to zoomers. Plus there's a ton of Injuns. Manitoba only works if you already have money saved to buy a house in a rural area. Most people don't have savings these days
Angel Wilson
Most places in Canada outside Ontario and BC are at least 2x cheaper. Lots of places in US to where real estate prices are much cheaper relative to wages.
Kayden Edwards
Sorry we are full.
Nathan Cox
All of those places don't have jobs. I'm not even from ON of BC anyways. I live just outside of Calgary and rents are sky high. I'm not moving to New Brunswick or Saskatoon to not have a job.
Jace Martinez
really? i pay 950 for a two bedroom
Juan Lopez
Where? The moment you leave they are jacking up the price. You have clearly been living there for years unless you are getting a deal.
Isaac Young
>Rents -prices sky high and increasing My rent is $1k in Montréal (really nice neighborhood btw, everything is within a Property -prices sky high and increasing Not anymore >Food -prices sky high and increasing Lol no >Gas/Petrol -prices sky high and increasing Don't need a car in Montreal idgaf >Cars -prices sky high and increasing Again no need where I live >Education - prices sky high and increasing Lol it's almost free wtf are you talking about >Electronics - prices sky high and increasing GPU prices are crashing >EVERYTHING - prices sky high and increasing Stop being poor >Jobs - hard to find, higher expectations and pay is low and not increasing LOL I make 6 figs and WFH. >Are we literally supposed to become impoverished and eventually homeless? What is the endgame? Even mainstream media references immigration and foreign money contributing to all of this. GTFO of Toronto and stop being poor >What are we going to do, leafs? Screw some escorts with all the extra $, cheap af here
Robert Phillips
u just have to settle for an older building, and *gasp* a shared laundry room
Alexander Ortiz
K but look up average salaries in those places, and number of open jobs, and then compare to real estate prices. Much easier to own a home than Ontario and BC.
Eli Brooks

I didn't make this thread for myself, I already have an apartment. Are you denying that there is a nation wide problem? Because I get the feeling you are a damage control shill.
i feel that fundamentally the housing shortage is due to a lack of construction labor
Jeremiah Young
You are paying 200 below the average of $1200. West Edmonton is probably higher. Cope. The prices are going up everywhere.
Blake Bennett
i find superstore to be reasonable
Easton Price
What should be done about that then? How can people be fast tracked to gain those skills. Remember, this thread isn't about me before you say I need to get skills or some BS, I have employment and my own place, its the country i am worried about.
alot of those skills should be learned on site, and the government offers training, u can get alot of courses online for free, so the avenue is there, its just people dont want to do them
Henry Torres
Just moved to Alberta from New Zealand. I can't believe how easy it is here. It's life on easy mode.
Dominic Russell
Where in Alberta do you live? Strange that you popped in like that. I get a weird feeling there is damage control going on in this thread.
Wyatt Walker
He said white Christian male nit black Somali nigger

>What is the endgame? You will take the jab. You will eat the bugs. You will live in the pod. You will own nothing. You will be happy.
Jaxon Sanders
Show your flag. Also rents in Montreal are steadily rising and I bet you don't know French.
It's amusing that people are doing this much damage control.
Andrew Rodriguez
Sherwood park. I'm not part of any conspiracy bro. I'm used to rent being $650 per week when the average wage slave makes $750 per week. getting evicted every 6 months for no other reason than the landlord can and will get more money off the next guy. Every rental house has 100+ applicants. Taxes are 35% plus 15%gst. Alberta is sweet. Moved my family here because I actually have a chance of one day owning a home.
Lincoln Morgan
alberta and maybe Saskatchewan are the only two provinces in this god forsaken country where a regular working man can still get ahead
Christopher Wright
I got a promotion. Got a 10% raise. So basically it covered promotion. So much for getting ahead huh.
Carter King
Yes, we have been under attack by our own institutions and governments since the late 1990s. Some of us noticed a long time ago but safe nations are few and far so Ill take this one as far as I can.
Christian Price
>So basically it covered promotion *So basically it covered inflation
Landon Howard
Since you are a foreigner you cannot buy property rn which means you are renting at an average of $1300 for a 1 bdrm apartment. You have a family which means you are probably renting a house for 2000-2500. That is exactly what you claimed to be paying back in NZ. Maybe saving a hundred or two maximum. Plus you have to fly them all here and other moving costs.
