Most suck yes because the buildings are total shit constructions with hollow walls and floors. And they look like prison abominations from the outside. You generally pay for what you get. There are some good ones if you can afford it. But unless you're living in a detached house then you'll hear your neighbours then too.

The building I lived in as a child was cool. Decent area, you have a whole floor for yourself, and no noisy neighbors.

The beauty of European villages with the grid layouts of the US would be comfy.

Apartment living was supposed to be for college students/young adults as a transitional period until they got into their real jobs, usually no more than 4 years MAX.

It was UNHEARD of for adults 25+ living in apartments. I remember as a child thinking that only the really poor kids lived in apartments, because almost no one in my elementary school came from an apartment. Now it's nearly the norm.

Ill be off to the boondocks soon enough. Lived on the 7th floor of an old apartment next to an art museum in a trendy part of a large city. Had a birds eye view of the area which came in handy but yeah apartment living is shit. Just move rural. Theres parcels of land in america and canada you can find with total seclusion and a much cheaper price. It would be worth it, not for everyone but for anyone redpilled to just leave the cities.

I lived in a commie block, and to be honest, it never bothered me. Once you are indoors it makes no difference. I guess some people enjoy a lot of land. That’s fine, but I enjoyed the lack of mowing, raking, shovelling, etc.
