Yes. Beck's policy was to play soviets and Fermans against each other while allying with eastern European states to build something like an intermarium.
It didn't work for many reasons, among others because everybody he wanted to ally with preferred Germany, absolutely nobody trusted Beck and no other country understood why such an alliance would absolutely have to be led by poland we Beck insisted.
Also hungary and Romania wanted to kill each other and about 20 reasons more like poland just not being an attractive partner and minor powers being attracted to major nearby powers in general.

Good enough (7/10)for a broad overview with a positive spin for poles. Lithuania wasn't as clear cut, the ukranian shit had gone back and forth for a while even though ukranians were the ones who really chimped out and czechoslovaks had about as much right to that land as poles had to a lot of theirs so playing that card only sounds good in isolation.
