Saw a family of Russians at the beach the other day. Mother and two sons. Wanted to talk with them, ask them where they're from, but didn't since my Russian accent is terrible and I didn't want to be invasive. I'm pretty sure they were Russians, since they spoke pure Russian, didn't mix h and g letters. Inability to commit their manpower resources. Whole operation is basically being done by militias, kadyrov militias and at best core of 150 000 professional Russian troops. With is not enough to decisively defeat hohols or create some larger scale encirclements.
