China threatens "unprecedented military pressure" over Nancy Pelosi's scheduled trip to Taiwan and vows for a "forceful response" stating the trip is "placing us on the brink of war".

why do Americans act like the whole world belongs to them?

Why would China invade Taiwan now of all times? They’re not exactly in the best shape atm. There’s riots and actual violent protests in dozens of places there. Sending the military to take over Taiwan just raises the chance of a peoples revolution getting out of hand.

Also China wants to maintain its innocent facade but the only way it could legitimately get a grip over Taiwan would be bombing it harder then the EU bombed Yemen. That’s destroys the facade entirely. It just seems like posturing right now.

Also, would Japan come and help Taiwan since Japan clearly hates China but also gets like fuck all from it so it wouldn’t matter if China cut off their exports?

You forgot vpn.

Shut up nigger faggot, china is a gay nigger spic
Go die a jew in africa, nigger kike
Your KDR in cod aint shit

There's 1.3 billion people in china. You're looking at a single cherry picked event portrayed in your media as if it's everything that's happening in China, when it isn't.

You're so easy to fool and control it's unbelievable.

this cunt should be fertilizer for 10years now. i don't hate her but honestly she's some sort of wicked witch that should hang from a tree or burn on a stake

>China threatens "unprecedented military pressure"
China can't pressure shit.

Because they used to.

The world order is dictated by the currently reigning empire. Previous one was the British, but it got fucked in the ass when its lost its colonies.
We owe our current peace and world order due to the US regime and its being a global arbiter post WW2 and especially after the fall of Berlin Wall.

Now, every empire needs to expand to exist, therefore the US waged its wars enforcing its regime in the middle east. Same thing Russia was doing, since it was brought down a couple of notches when the ZSRR imploded, fragmentic the ZOG to shit like UKR/LAT/LITH etc.

We are on the verge of the US losing its WORLD GOVERNING EMPIRE priveledge.

It's basically a choice between Russia, the Chinese or the US now. And it's a choice of either taking it in the ass, mouth or the eye socket.

The US is fallen, demoralized, degenerated empire, but it's rather wealthy. Compare western poverty (where you need to have an IQ of below 70 to even fall into one) with the easter one.US also completely serves the jew now.

Russia uses its KEK CONSERVATISM instrumentally; there's Moscow, St. Petersburg and the rest of mainland where people live with the 18th centuries rural conditions or HARDCORE COMMUNISM conditions at best.
Once again, compare eastern to western poverty. Russia also has an oligarchic system which is worse than the western elite system.
Every empire favors its elite first, then the pleb later, but being pleb in RU sucks ass.

Then comes China with its shitty ZERG treatment of its populace and its another contender to take the US's place.

So which one would you rather have?

Why is this bitch going anywhere? She should be in jail for insider trading

>"placing us on the brink of war"
good

China has already created a narrative that Taiwan is a break away state rather than the continuation of the civil war. That is what its about symbolically. The tactical side of it is that it breaks up the first island chain where the CCP would be about to project its power on the Pacific Ocean as well as the other nations in the region. But most importantly Taiwan is the leading semiconductor manufacturer of the world, so basically whoever controls Taiwan controls the world for the 21st century and possibly beyond.

Its not a single cherry picked event though is it, it's just another hostile maneuver from the CCP.

An utterly pointless island to take that would do more damage to the success of annexing Taiwan.

>It's basically a choice between Russia, the Chinese or the US now.

India is a potential player, has all the makings of a global empire. If China spooks them enough they might feel that imperial projection is the only option.

Still the limit of Chinese military projection: Out at sea, they are nothing.

>It just seems like posturing right now.
it is all posturing but china has to keep complaining because not complaining about it would seem like a loss. of course they are not going to attack taiwan because someone visited. biden could stop off in taiwan and china wouldn't attack but would just do some public complaining and some behind the curtains fucking about.

For now. So many anons here only think of the near future, they don't think decades down the line. China plans for global maritime supremacy by 2050. If you actually look at their fleet they are becoming a foce to be reckoned with. The US wouldn't have set up QUAD, AUKUS, nor pulled out of Afghanistan as clumsy as it did if China wasn't a threat to its supremacy.

There's also another factor that no one really talks about and that's the art of inaction. If China can bribe its adversaries then it can bribe military powers to do nothing. Sure they will shout and do sanctions, but that's just theatre for the plebs. Decades down the line no one in power will give a shit and it will be business as usual. I saw that with the EU over Crimea, did a lot of shouting, sanctions but then the subject about annexation became quiet as the EU cared more about energy for the western states.

thats amusing coming from your flag

The tertiary and secondary theaters are kicking off as we speak

The white one
Russia

He forgot his memeflag and has abandoned to make more "is coffee good for you?" threads for a while until he can try again later.

I am old enough to remember when they used to say the same thing about the Soviets, the Europeans and the Japanese.

Also; you can't bribe shit if you're broke.

I guess the dumpster fire that is Ukraine's "Special Operation" really awoken everybody.

The protests/riots are fucking tiny compared to anything going on in the west.

I doubt it. China is more effective through subversive soft power (sugar daddy money) and debt traps. Their most dangerous tactic is the control of nations through 5G. 5G is more than just an simple upgrade that 3G was to 4G, 5G controls entire automated infrastructure, so imagine China having all its 5G Huawei technology spread across the UK. It could quietly threaten the UK with economic shutdown at the flick of a switch if it interferes with China's imperial ambitions. We dodged a bullet after Boris blocked Huawei's 5G infrastructure, other countries not so much.

>Also; you can't bribe shit if you're broke.
Fiat currency is just one method of bribing politicians, there are many others that are more valueable.
