SAS operators frequently would take handcuffed suspects back into the house/compunds and then claim the restrained person would get the jump on a room full of shooters by grabbing for an unseen gun or weapon behind a couch or something.
Here's the kicker. NONE of these attempts by the suspects have ever resulted in any injuries or KIA of SAS.
