Why are the unvaccinated so unaccepted by society?

I feel like I don't fit into this world and people are shaming me for being unvaccinated against COVID (yup, even in Poland they call me a "Russian footwrap", when I'm not vaccinated).
I'm a young person in my early twenties and I feel like I'm an outcast, because of this, even though I didn't want to get vaccinated, because of the risk of adverse events. Interestingly, many people claim to be vaccinated - 3 doses and nothing bad happened.
How do I cope with this and how do I get a normal job without being afraid of others' opinion?
