I make 50k/year and I have no savings and am 65k in debt. I can't afford to buy a home so I lease a 1 bedroom apartment with $1200/month rent.
I played my cards right, did well in school, and got a Bachelors in Economics. Yet, I feel poor and live paycheck to paycheck. Is the American dream dead?
Capitalism feudalized. The resulting stagnation of opportunity has been BAD for real productivity.
Julian Barnes
that's a nice drawing, yours?
Oliver Mitchell
>fell for a meme degree >somehow $65k in debt >complains about it on a Korean basketweaving forum
Jacob Garcia
Calling Economics a meme is quite ignorant. It's the only social science that matters.
Lincoln Rodriguez
You would say that. Hey I heard they're building a new economics factory, you should apply
Josiah Moore
>thought a ba in econocs was a good investment >1,200 in rent Found your problems >thinks America has capitalism Feel bad about being econically illiterate
Tyler Mitchell
No social science matters. You put yourself in debt with a shitty degree and now you'll suffer until the bombs drop.
Gavin Reed
>economics is science AhahHaaaahaaaahahahahahha
Joshua Adams
hey statistics is a real thing, its not just set of tweakable models that any 'researcher' can use to generate any result at all... muh p-values!
Blake King
hahahahahahaha oh wait, you're serious? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Thank you user, posts like this make me feel a lot better about my situation
I studied economics in college. They didn't teach me about the Federal Reserve scam and fiat money and engineered business cycles. How can you understand economics without this info? >youtube.com/watch?v=mII9NZ8MMVM
Take the classes that transfer and become an actuary or something. 65k in debt, 95k in debt, what's the difference? Go make 90k a year instead of 50k. You can do this user.
Ryan Brooks
Damn, are you me?
Jack Murphy
Learn to code and make 100k+ while doing fuck all
Juan Kelly
Filename says no.
You are contributing to your own misery. You have a degree in economics and you are broke, so you dont understand what you went to school for. You make enough to afford a morgage and own your home, yet you continue to rent. Fix those problems.
