Also those who received the law are those under the law. In example Adam and Eve did not receive any law aside from "dont eat the fruit", and thus they werent under any other law but this one and would be justified in everything else. Similar a child who didnt get taught the law or has not capabilities to understand it or even his own actions would not be considered as under the law and thus would be unable to break it and would simply receive judgement at the second resurrection

No, there isn't at all. Not at all. If you aren't baptized, you don't get to go to heaven. All you can do is pray for those souls. My personal belief is they go to the same place as all the people who died before Jesus died for our sins.

The Rundown on hell:
