Starting a new fitness regiment and doing keto. Need to lose 15 lbs.

Starting with basic exercises.
Day 1: bench press flat and incline both 4x10 , concentration curls 4x10, diamond pushups 3x15 (triceps)

Day 2: squats 4x10, calf raises 4x10, shoulder shrugs 4x50 (light weight), bent rows 4x10, front raises 4x12

Day 3: exercise bike 1 hour, heavy bag 5 rounds, medicine ball for core strength
