I haven't watched much JP but from what I understand he espouses truisms and not much else. I have only watched his interviews with British academics who seem to mostly regard him comically and humour him, but not his self-help stuff (because that's essentially what he is right, just a self-help speaker?). What separates him from other motivational speakers? He's even written a bunch of self-help books. JP is basically just Dr. Phil, except he says proclivity and bloody a lot more. Any Forums is breaking with midwits, so maybe one of you guys can tell me why you love him so much? Also, why is he so apocalyptic? Everything he says is suffixed with either "and it's bloody scary man" or "oh ya and things are just going to get a whole lot worse!"
