It was really jarring to hear from my friends that I was "very adult" when I decided to buy my first place. It was never about not being able to afford home of your own, it was more about spending all your money to look cool or do something cool. You know, they would eat out all the time while I'm ordering an entire cow and growing food on my parent's property. I guess I was just different, I graduated highschool in 09 and did not want to get economically fucked. Even went into trades so I could work and make good money right away. Whereas, a lot of my friends ended working at hotels.

I think it's a combination of lack of UV damage and good nutrition. Also I have also had help when my mental health was suffering so I can honestly say I've lived a limited stress life. The limited cortisol release from reduced stress may also impact aging.
