Serbian Air Force Antonov-22 crashes in Greece, 3 casualties
>Antonov An-22
>made in 1965
Well I am no expert or anything but I think that might have something to do with it
It's Ukrainian.
UR-CIC MEM3032
it was on fire before crashing

We still fly Dakotas from WW2 and they don't spontaneously combust mid flight
nice cat
They reported a plane to the Athens FAR but it couldn't have been the only failure. They only lost one engine out of four, fire suppression should have given them time to emergency land, they were only 40km from the airport
wtf was it doin in gayreese
>cargofacts.com
It's a ukranian company
looks like they made a u-turn and headed back at some point
Yeah, only losing 1 engine would not have been irrecoverable under normal circumstances
From the video that shows a fireball falling out of the sky, it looks like their fire suppression was not working
It does look like the aircraft was still under control though, from the angle it's falling
bump
Sabotage?
Perhaps, but there is nothing more autistic that aircraft maintenance and certification.
That bird ain't flying if just one of the licenses, checklists, approvals and certifications has but the slightest misprint from a computer glitch in it.
Pilots get jail time for this shit. Obviously there are exceptions for repo pilots but those come with a fucktonne of certs and regs of their own to vouch for the risk.
Shoot down maybe?
its not Serbian its Ukrainian
our commercial planes are bussy bombing Ukrainian cities
Serbs out there acting like the Chinese air force. Kek.
