Why are you so unprepared? Go outside if you are hot inside, when I was 16 I was a lifeguard and spent all day outside, one week it was 110-112 some days and every day was over 100 degrees. Also places South Dakota gets hotter summers and colder winters than the UK and they seem to hold up just fine.

I live in an Insulaner home without ac, this is what happens: You dont open the Windows when its daytime.
You only open Windows at night when its cool.
Because of the insulation the homes doesnt get hot by temperature from outside and the Windows are closed so the cold temperaturen cant go outside
