it costs companies more resources hiring, training, and ultimately defending from unlawful termination lawsuits (racism) black women/men than it does to just hire one and let them sit around being useless. It is not uncommon to see them sleep at their desk until noon, come back from lunch an hour late, and then talk on their cellphone the rest of the day. I worked with a sheboon and that was literally her daily routine.
