Actually organizing at local level and running for office is a plan. There are tools to incrementally overthrow evil power structures in the USA. Basically we need three pillars: local political control, local media control, local monetary control (banks, loans, financing).
If we can develop these three pillars, then we can create a revolution in the USA without firing a shot.
