Yea, it’s like a combo of vaporwave/synth wave with Nazi/fascist symbology or messages…also called fashwave. There’s also Hyperborea wave which is my personal favorite, it’s more schizo Atlantean type feeling. You can literally create any aesthetic and add wave to it. I’ve seen some Brazilians make Bolsanaro-wave aesthetics before kek.

I can't stand that. Days where I do nothing make me hate myself. I alternate between upper and lower body, so I give each part of my body a day of rest after its worked. That should be more than enough and I've been seeing results so I'm gonna keep doing what I'm doing.
I was only doing around an hour or so every couple days for a long time, I got nowhere.
