Built for BBC

the question becomes, "Regulated by who?"

regular and irregular forces do not refer to level of bureaucratic imbroglio they're subjected to

>Why do people forget the “well regulated militia” part of the second amendment?
Those who understand basic english grammer are not confused by it.

And the point in 2022, of guns, is to kill every man woman and child in our ruling class.

The guberment or state, obviously

source on this biological female?

Why do people confuse a RIGHT with an OBLIGATION?
You have a right to bear arms. Doesn't mean you have to.
It says a well regulated militia is necessary to the security of a free state. Doesn't mean you're obliged to do that part yourself, you know that, right?

same reason they read over and ignore the commas

They don't.

Regulated means well equipped and trained

it refers to how viable they're in the field against a trained enemy, not how many oxygen thieves get to make paper problems

BECAUSE U NEED TO DIE

How come you're not in a militia user?

Attached: dragon-ball-super-when-will-should-goku-master-ultra-instinct-1219439.jpg (1200x628, 172.64K)

you need a gun to form a militia
next question?

I wish my girlfriend looked like that bros, she’s anti gun and won’t let me keep any.

I regulate myself quite well, thank you. I now want to know why "shall not be infringed" has somehow led to bureaucratic obstacles to purchasing recreational tactical nukes?

Attached: 1634573504069.png (640x639, 419.8K)

And basic reading comprehension and understanding of the topic asked about.
You don't. Go read again.

In hindsight, they would have been even clearer that everyone has the right to own a gun so people can't play semantics in the hopes of disarming us.

Regulated=disciplined essentially. So a citizen militia that can handle guns well and be able to fight off foreign invaders is necessary to preserve a free state. Because of this the government will not infringe upon the rights of citizens to bear arms.

Because it's ancillary to the amendment.
I can say:
>"in order that people may bake their own bread, flour ownership shall not be restricted"
It doesn't mean that you can only own flour if you're baking bread. It's just ONE justification for why flour cannot be restricted.
I can't believe we're still debating this with people who simply pretend they've never heard the answer to this question before. Tomorrow, they'll still be making the same point.

stop posting these retarded trolls

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

>Why do people forget the “well regulated militia” part of the second amendment?

I do not think they forget it. Any militia can be well regulated and any neighborhood can set up their own militia, as they should. Neighborhood watch can easily be extended as a militia.

I'd throat her feminine cock

Why do faggots forget they will never be a woman

Read up what "well regulated" meant at the time of writing the bill of rights.

Pic related, but ultimately it does not matter.
Civil War is inevitable, which is why they are very desperate to pass any legislation they can.

Because it's part of a clause that doesn't matter at all to the meaning of the sentence? Maybe try learning the English language sometime.

quite literally, regular vs irregular forces

Regulated by the tyrannical government the second amendment protects against? Are you retarded

Why do you statist faggots forget that the people who wrote the second amendment also explained every aspect of it in explicit detail?

Attached: what the 2nd A says.gif (827x628, 43.83K)

That's not what regulated means you halpless halfwit.

>pretending not to know what "well regulated" means in context

We've been over this hundreds of thousands of times. No one believe you're retarded, just lying.

The boy ain't right

" well regulated " means well armed

not the legal regulation type shit

Try forming your own militia and see what the fedgov does to you.

Because we might want to have a well-regulated militia, people should have some guns.

The 2nd amendment is two parts, completely independent of each other you retard.

How is it possible for so many people to not read the amendment correctly?

Because militias are very 1700s to 1800s, paramilitary units are far more modern and chique

>"Regulated by who?"
for organization modeled after modern US forces, the NCOs are the backbone of the army

Obviously a brit since he's holding a replica and not the real thing.

Even if it mattered grammatically, it was written at a time when it was expected that every able bodied man would train with their state militia, so it was expecting everyone to know how to use a gun before they joined.

Let's substitute politically neutral language
>A well educated electorate, being necessary to the freedoms of a free country, the right of the people to keep and read books shall not be infringed
Does this mean only registered voters can own books?

exactly, without weapons, and being familiar with them, its impossible to raise an effective militia on short notice

The way I read it, it's two separate things. The right to form well regulated militia is necessary and shall not be infringed. Right to bear arms shall not be infringed. No?

Attached: This is why you're wrong.jpg (750x1050, 426.12K)

Exactly

>A well lubed asshole, being necessary for the spreading of monkeypox, the right of the faggots to bug chase shall not be infringed.

The US Founding Fathers explicitly stated that they did not want a standing army at all.

Perfect woman i hope she is not a slut

Came here to post this. OP is a low IQ retard who can't into grammar.

It would the militia itself that is well regulated.
If you qualify to be in your State militia you can carry a machine gun if you would like.
If States make it impossible to join State militias the SC would weigh in.

Be careful what you wish for.

being unable to act on initiative is an impediment to combat performance

Not only that, they sold the navy to private citizens, including the cannons.

1. That's a dude.
2. They stop at well-regulated
3. Statistics imply that AK will be in the roof of that dude's mouth

It's okay if you don't own guns. You must live a very comfortable life. I'm envious.

Man, it really depends on the enemy you're fighting.
A domestic threat would be easier dealt with via a cell structure.
