Wtf, they literally have no say on it what so ever. The supreme court is its own entity with one job, interpreting the constitution. Roe v Wade being overturned means that there is not constitutional protection for it. It is not in of itself an abortion ban and saying it is is straight up lying. Even then, this law or decree or whatever in of itself would be unconstitutional. The supreme court themselves would throw this out if it ever ended up on their desk. These people need to take a Gov 101 class which is sad seeing they are in the government.
