Reject brown people, embrace Whiteness.
Alexander Mitchell
Exactly But boomer! I dont wanna reject you
Michael Campbell
Reject the past, Boomer. Times were not significantly better. WW2 vets specifically fought for everything to remain the same as it were, not better or worse, but with a glimpse of hope for better which they attributed that money = better. My point is that while you were growing up the US were just as degenerate as today, only today are we are aware of all Communism. Dealing with your generation is like dealing with an entitled group of morons stuck in the past that are so insecure of their age they punish young people out of jealousness. This is communist behavior. You have no idea how kind my generation have been to not slice your throats, like crack addicts, take kindness for weakness.

does anyone understand the goal for meditation, also, how to achieve it. idk, nothing of the usual stuff works for me
Trust me, you do not want to reach higher levels of spirituality in these times. You will develop a sense of peace not known to normies unless they are busy spending money on toys.
Joseph Morales
there are different kinds you are going to have to find a guru of some sorts my friend
for now, would recommend just lying flat on your back, palms facing up, while listening to some sort of chants (tibetan chanting, om chanting, or gregorian chants, whatever you like)
I cannot divulge any information to hylics like you unfortunately
Elijah Powell
but i want to experience it, i dont care about normies
any good book on it >lying flat on your back, palms facing up, while listening to some sort of chants i do this already in the morning and evening, outside. looking up the sky and watching the branches of the cherry tree move until the view goes into the infinitiv (blue sky) the mind is empty, no conscious thoughts not thinking of anything.... and then after some time, some thoughts and feelings hit. is that the point of it? is there more to it?
Levi Turner
>dont dox me plox, ok? Never. Your fat ass needs a severe spanking. Sorry, that was intended for the kiddies, not you. :)
Justin Williams
>vid locked in your cuntry
Bleh! Anyway, should not complain. Kinda like where this is heading now.
Julian Walker
Ah yes ofc! Need that lesson. For me not so distant after all. ^^
from a strictly orthodox POV, it is not recommended to go from books/YouTube vids -> practice. >any good book on it go to a buddhist thread on /lit/ and ask them im a pleb when it comes to this stuff >Is that the point of it? is there more to it? there are different methods for different goals one can even attain a supra-conscious state or do astral stuff (never worked for me)
There must be absolute trust between student and teacher...

>20 episodes of Urusei Yatsura >manga is far superior tho
i read around 90 chapters before i lost interest desu
Liam Brown
>i read around 90 chapter wasn't referring to urusei yatsura manga, sry meant manga in general I only watched it to see what it was all about because of ThronRitter

Joshua Baker
would be interesting to know if christian monks had such a way of meditation aswell but i cant expect any kind of spirituality from the modern church, its dead.
Andrew Flores
would be a lot cooler if you actually watched the show it's a genuine tradition to watch it during summer and it's recommended to not binge it but rather only keep it to a couple of episodes per day by the time you reach "Lum the Forever", it's gonna be a spiritual revelation
a masterpiece like no other hands down best anime of all times >manga is far superior tho truly uneducated pleb opinion
