A machine does not have an independent mind that can make decisions. It would be programed to artificially run calculations by humans who can program it to do whatever it wants. If it had influence in every form of trade, communications, and government, then you would have to live with whatever it decides is best for you.

Even if such decision making system would be possible, it would require control over supply lines, manufacture and agriculture.
It would require a technological syngularity event that would render humans obsolete and replaced by machines.

There is no solution to the Globo-Homo Anarcho-tyranny, the only chance would be a WW3 scenario where the russian/chinese/iranians sink some of the many American carrier fleets in the sea, followed by a massive default of USD denominated debt, mass sell-off of USD treasury bonds and a world wide fossil fuel crisis, these conditions would cause hyper-inflation in the first world economies.
American Army is similar in some ways to the late roman army during the decandence of the roman empire and is dependent on Wunderwaffe technology similar to the Nazi army during their downfall, even with a technologic edge were defeated by the taliban so a defeat of the american empire is now a possibility.

You could argue it happened already with the invention of written language and is responsible for the spontaneous creation of multiple civilizations thirty thousand years ago. Its also responsible for the decay of the human genome, because it replaced our primary method of storing useful information long term, which is our DNA itself.
