Definitely based. China is destined to claim the torch of high civilization from the West due to a few major factors.
1) Modern China is essentially neo-fascist and Alt-Right(ish). They largely abandoned most of the retarded Marxist-Leninist socioeconomic policies after Mao died and merely retained the collectivism and militancy of communism. And contrary to Westoid liberal values, this is a good thing and one of the keys to their rapid rise.
2) They're genetically superior to the rest of humanity. IQ is the single best predictor of societal development, and the average Chinese IQ is about 105.
3) This genetic advantage that the Chinese are already enjoying is just going to increase in the future due to the combination of the first 2 factors already listed. Genetic engineering is right around the corner. And countries that are both more eugenic and fascist will be in a much position to exploit the benefits of this revolutionary technology. China is going to be churning out designer babies with Mensa-level IQs, perfect health, and gold medalist physiques.
4) China's population is absolutely ginormous. They have an insane amount of human potential to tap into and exploit.
5) China is still hungry to grow and succeed, whereas the West is complacent and self-loathing.
6) And speaking of the West, the West is committing racial and civilizational suicide by essentially subjecting their native White populations to all sorts of dysgenic policies like mass non-White immigration, miscegenation, LGBTQIA+ weirdness, feminism, drug use, and moral degeneracy. And so the implosion of the West will only further guarantee the ascension of China.
The 2nd half of this century belongs to the Chinese. Their economy will be 2 to 3 times larger than ours.
