The Turkish Drone was cheap, it did enough to justify its cost but not much more and when Russia realised they were in a proper war and brought their Krasukha/Pantsir out they were out of their depth. Javelins and Stingers are ancient, the stockpiles from the warehouses were just going to be thrown out, they did take out some tanks instead. Switchblades are the only actually complete dud in that list. M777 is the wrong weapon in the wrong quantities in the wrong war, no matter how light it is towed artillery just doesn't have the shoot and scoot capabilities required when you are so completely outgunned.
pzh2000/krab himars are small numbers of weapons that are just incrementally better than the Russian equivalent and have done about as much as a dozen guns that ~10% better than your opponent's 1000 guns can be expected to do.
