What happens? Trusts containing the assets in the form of land and money are given to NGO, which are not subject the Rule Against Perpetutities. Basically, the land controlled by those NGOs are untaxed and forever withdrawn from a nation's wealth. The wealth in those trusts will forever stay with the NGOs to fulfill whatever their mission statement is for equitable social benefit. It is a round-about way of redistributing wealth on a cultural Marxist or Communist basis. It wouldn't be equitable to use or allow access to any of that wealth for Whites.
