Somehow the world was fine with us going in after 9/11 even though they had nothing to do with anything.

I've been obsessed with this dude for some time now. Being born in 95, I would always see this guy's face on TV, non-stop, 24/7. The people on the TV swore on their lives that this guy was literally the devil himself and only recently did I discover that this man managed to unify an otherwise completely disintegrated country consisiting of constantly warring clans, a task no other Iraqi leader has ever managed to accomplish. Also, iirc correctly there was some document from WikiLeaks that I read years ago stating that the Israelis feared that the Iraqi's missile capability were quickly advancing under Saddam and that they feared that these missiles could potentially reach Israel one day and that they were begging the U.S. to topple the Saddam regime. I wonder if this could have been one of the reasons that the U.S. invaded Iraq and got rid of the guy?
