Half of Americans Believe Being Healthy Makes You Miserable
Land of vice, the Great Satan.
Stringent dieting is kind of miserable, nobody enjoys it.....but if we're talking about consistent exercise, no late night cheese fries and cut back on the jolt cola I don't see how that would make you miserable.
I think its for people who haven't seen ehat their bodies are in their better shape. I gained a lot of weight during covid (went from like 180->230 right now, 5'11"), and besides the alcoholism i definitely feel like absolute shit being a fat fuck and dont feel like dating/unmotivated in this state
Thats because what is being sold as "healthy lifestyle" isn't healthy at all and makes you feel terrible.
Vegetarianism isn't healthy.
Chugging down supplements isn't healthy.
Running in the smog filled city isn't healthy.
Constantly having medical procedures done to you isn't healthy.
Living among subhumans isn't healthy.
Working in an office isn't healthy even if you sit on one of those gay bouncy balls.
A truly healthy lifestyle is living far from toxic air and mentally ill shitkins and eating grass fed beef with home grown plants that werent drenched in herbicides.
I have been depressed for a while and got it in my head that I wanted to die in antarctica. But everytime I train I lose the will to kms after a few months and without the ultimate goal of death in antarctica I lose my will to train. Then the cycle repeats
Agreed. All the fake stuff they push is unnatural and unhealthy. Anyone is happier being healthy.
So lose it. I put on 50lbs during Covid and have lost 25 of it so far in the last two months. No more excuses just do it.
Some serious cope from fat people. If you get in shape adm eat healthy you will feel a thousand times better. Great way to offset depression actually. Whatever tho, keep being a fatty.
You people don't deserve healthcare.
yeah it's the psychological wall of just thinking about suffering a little to get past the point of being fat and lazy every day. no pity for the fatty
people refuse to practice self denial.
iv'e lost 45 pounds over the past year by daily fasting and cutting out most carbs and sugars.
my food intake is mostly protein and i haven't eaten fast food in a year.
i know people who bitch about their weight but refuse to give up soda, pizza and cheese steaks.
This. I can understand but I had a good couple years of extreme laziness myself. But guaranteed any time you talk with a person who has “tried everything and can’t lose weight” you’ll discover they haven’t done the most basic of the basics in the first thirty seconds of conversation. People rather whine about feeling like they deserve to be thin than do something to achieve it.
Most Americunts can't even do a single push up
I bulked up too, but was actually working out so no I know I just look like some huge guy (shoulders, chest and back significantly wider than waist still so meh), only thing is now I have fucking stretchmarks on by biceps
you rewrote the title of the article in a way that marks you as being functionally illiterate.
I unironically think gym culture, or the idea you HAVE to go to a gym to work out is part of the issue to, but thats also due to general publics herd mentality, a normie can get enough work out for free or on the cheap, and maybe take up hiking instead of running on atread mill
Americans don't have indentity anymore, I could survive without lot of these things, but I couldn't survive without a nation that is worth fighting for
americans are okay. it's the lack of regular bombings in their cities that's the problem.
When people notice I only drink water they look genuinely horrified for some reason.
kek we can agree on that
So how are you surviving right now?
