Damn... The housing market is starting to crash hard, isn't it? The article uses old data to prove their point, too.

If it's a shortage that would increase price I thought
The future will be firebombing whole neighborhoods of Blackrock owned property
They're lying to squeeze out as much FOMO as possible.
maybe a shortage on houses that people can afford with people and companies being over extended with houses nobody wants.
I'm still hoping shit works out and i can buy some property soon.
>Blackrock owned property
they'll dump that real estate to bag holders, just watch
>1m legal aliens per annum 2m illegal
Fuck our government
Why do mexicans wear hoodies/long sleeves all summer when it's hot as fuck outside?
Can they not handle the sun?
When should I buy a house? I have the money for a down payment
its cold as shit in the morning (usually) when you start and just end up wearing it all day. As long as youre pounding water it helps keep you cool by reducing direct sun exposure and increasing your bodies evaporative cooling. Also slightly breezier on a roof
rates are going to be too high—they're probably just allowing foreign money to come in to scoop up properties
I was wondering the same thing about a female Mexican panhandler that popped up along our free exit a few days ago. It's hot outside and she's asking for money in jeans and a sweatshirt
Just two more weeks. Smart people are renting until houses become cheap like in the 1950s because that's totally what will happen soon.
>they're probably just allowing foreign money to come in to scoop up properties
it wouldn't surprise me if boomers are just waiting for bids from overseas just to spite the millennials and zoomers.
>They're lying
That is implied by 'NPR'
example, this article

picrel is the results of said study
they should not receive taxpayer money to print lies, it's abominable
No one is saying we'll even get to early 2000s pricing. But the inflationary bubble that resulted from the sub 2% lending that occurred in 2020 took a torch to the market, and it has to cool down.
wut
Its funny how houselets give a fuck about housing market. Its almost...its almost as if...someone's jelly.
If you dont have a house. Go to a mirror and say
>Im a dumb faggot who didnt take advantage of 2% interest rates, low down payments, and pre-Blackrock & pre-Covid diaspora inflation.

at least i own a car... until the boomers decide we can't have those anymore either.
>its cold as shit in the morning (usually)
They do it even during the hottest part of the year when it's warm all day and night.
I've always attributed it to them just being dumb spcis, because I work all day in the sun in just a short sleeve t shirt and as long as I drink a water bottle every half hour I'm fine. All I ever see mexicans drinking on the job is soda if they drank water they'd handle the heat way better.
i'm mexican and i used to roof houses as a teen. theres a huge reason diabetes is so bad among hispanics. That being said i don't even drink soda anymore. I only drink room temp water.
Wearing a sweater in the summer or when we were in afghanistan was also a way of tempering yourself to extreme heat. After a while you feel almost cold when you take it off in 100+
>After a while you feel almost cold when you take it off in 100+
I distinctly remember summer football practice in 100+ heat for weeks on end during a drought, and the heat "broke" and we had a day where the high was 90.
And everyone agreed that it felt much, much, much cooler that day
