It's nothing new, I remember 18 years ago in middle school our health education teacher said something like girls as young as 8 or 9 were having their period and that they technically could get pregnant, and everyone was like "woooahhhhhhh what that's crazy". Doesn't seem like it's common at least.
The question I have is what's with women looking like full grown adults when they're actually 14-16??? that's certainly fucking new, they all still looked like kids when I was that age, and it makes it a fucking minefield to ask random women out.
