A war is a war, people die all time. The only option to stop the madness is talks aka diplomacy. Using civilians as a human shields is a war crime, it's against the famous geneva convention. Only terrorists do that. The convention also mandates that civilians must be evacuated if a danger arise.
Unfortunately Ukies are acting like terrorists, the use human shields, the refuse to evacuate the civilians. They don't care. And they never did. They were killing civilians since 2014 and continue to do so. We must stop that madness.
