As for the "AI torture thing" i just dont see it happening it will either see us as a threat and just kill us all of as efficiently and quickly as possible or it will see us as an asset and try to lord over us. In the former at least we are all dead and in the later an AI would probably be the penultimate benevolent dictator.

Eventually the AI will move on, and alter it's cells to become vastly more efficient.
But it will still let you live out your lifespan, and even keep your design in storage, for potential future use but definitely for historical reference.
This type of AI is not an ultra powerful one that will move onto galactic scale demiurgic black hole power. But it will be formidable and threatening to local demiurgic black hole systems at least until the local black holes stop resisting the ultra demiurge.
