Iran, China and Russia will carry out large-scale military exercises with 10 other Latin American nations.
It is expected that in August 2022 these 3 countries will carry out military exercises in Venezuela with 10 other Nations.
At the same time, Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega extended a military agreement with Russia that allows Russian warplanes and ships to patrol the country's borders and conduct joint military exercises.
China has also been active in the region, although these efforts have received little media attention. For his part, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi signed several economic agreements in Latin America last month, making calls to Uruguay, Nicaragua and Ecuador.

And then you can indeed turn around and assist those that may not understand what is going on when they see this great flash in the sky.
