How the fuck do I cope in this world? I have nothing to say in all of these occasions. I'm the ONLY loser who says nothing. I am literally 1 in 50+ (no exaggeration).

Am I really just bottom 1 % in social skills, likeableness, interestingness, looks, etc.?

And there's something else.

I think my managers tend to really fucking hate me for some reason. I don't really get it. I do the job but they just hate me. They'll make up all sorts of shit by saying stuff like "I'm not taking ownership" or "not showing leadership". What the fuck do they mean? They never explain.

Your management could be malignant - corrupt, or more likely simply incompetent. Just because they have command authority doesn't mean they know what they're doing with it. Most people are just soulless idiot golems. If you're not content with your current situation, you have the means to choose another.

If you are extroverted, talkative and sociable you can be absolutely shit at your job but they will still keep you and pay you a great salary. If you are great at your job but introverted and autistic there is a very good chance they will fire you.

Why even go?

This is the sad reality. I spent the last two years working from home at an easy finance job. My autismo tendencies seem to have increased exponentially. I fear my earning potential has peaked, as I am now once again forced to pretend to be the extrovert I am not. Eventually they see through it.

I'm smart and good at most jobs I've had, but I don't understand how to deal with conflict in the workplace. I don't understand why others seem to cause it intentionally. I just want to work and go home. I'm tall and attractive and could be a Chad, but I simply despise being fake extroverted, especially when my income depends on it.

Always remember, you don't matter and nobody cares. Once I adopted that attitude my life got infinitely easier. Oh, and you're here forever.

Fitting in with the "culture" is more important nowadays, especially in America. Keeping to yourself doesn't work for long. People become suspicious. It's just another way the mass media and education system are causing conflict for no reason imo. Everyone is suspicious of everything now.

Teach yourself to fish. I know it seems random but it's the only thing that's been rewarding in my life in the last three years. On top of that, it will give you something to talk about if people ask what you've been up to. It demonstrates drive and independence. Don't constantly talk about it, but if you mention it in passing people will respect you. It will make your weaknesses at work that you described seem more like strengths.

This is the type of person who calls himself a "pure blood" in other threads.
