I've met plenty of black people who are very well educated and civilized, but they were raised by good parents.
Then there are niggers, who were raised poorly and their current state of "wellness" shows (hoodlums, bums, thugs, convicted criminals, etc).
If you're raised the right way, there's a strong chance for them to act right. But if they're raised by niggers, then they too will act as such.
