I watched a lot of old 1950s fallout shelter vids. Like what to do in a public shelter and how people in the community would help stock it with extra food and supplies. About how you would be given a job once in the shelter and expected to help your fellow man. Of course, everyone in those videos was white. I can't imagine the hell out being in a public shelter with nigs today. Even one sheboon with her 4 little niglets would be hell. More than likely half the group inside would be browns of some flavor.
A few days in and the supplies are gone, either contaminated by some retarded nig or just wasted. They start shitting in the corner of the room or just where it's convenient. Good luck getting them to do any actual work like cleaning or cooking either. It's a pretty scary situation to imagine.
