OP I got a new job that had the vaccine requirement for start date too. On my first day they asked for proof of vaxx and I asked them for religious exemption form. They were fucking pissed, but it’s just dumbass HR roasties. Just do it anyway and keep saying you’ll send it over after. Then when you get hired, just don’t. Unless you’re like applying to be a nurse. They want you to self-segregate and make their jobs easier. Just apply and be a lil stinker.
